Why Young Professionals Need Mentorship

MTI has long been a proponent of Mentorship. Craig Lund, MTI President has been a volunteer leading Leadership Development programs at the Toronto chapter of the American Marketing Associations for over 15 years. Why?  “Mentorship has the kind of impact on your career that can’t be gained from education or work experience alone” says Lund. “A mentor will give you advice based on their own lived experience”.  According to Lund, while his core business is helping companies with marketing recruitment and marketing staffing needs, these programs offer another way for job seekers to enrich their professional careers.  This also makes MTI a trusted destination for all marketing professionals,

AMA Toronto’s junior program, Career Accelerator now in its seventh season and is currently taking registrants.  There is limited space and its first come first served.  The program pairs you up with a Mid to Senior level marketer or ad professional for a 9 month mentorship.   Deadline to apply is March 15th 2024.
