First Next Step is a networking event that gives everyone a chance to speak and explore numerous opportunities.

First Next Step is an open mic networking event targeted to advertising and marketing professionals and is hosted by Hugh Elliot and Shahbaz Mamdani. People are invited to describe themselves and their services in a 3 minutes elevator pitch. No “slides” no “decks” just you and a mic. Not comfortable on stage? No problem! Enjoy the pitches and start a one-on-one conversation to suit your need.

Open to all, First Next Step welcomes those who are looking and those who need roles filled. This is a low-stress event and has been running since 2017.

As a follow-up to the event, those who pitch get a special shout out and mention on The First Next Steps website and social media.
