Our client is an established financial institution and a leading source of innovation in the world of fintech located in the downtown core. They are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand, Product & Channel Marketing to fill a maternity leave.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and implementation of marketing programs, focusing on  brand marketing as well as products and channel marketing. This person will be responsible for brand strategy and positioning, brand identity, brand architecture and nomenclature, and brand governance.   


The ideal candidate will excel at: 

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns to support product and channel objectives: drive transactions and revenue of existing products, grow new products and channels, and build under-developed segments.
  • Acting as an internal single-point-of-contact to external suppliers.
  • Focusing on the delivery of programs and strategies with strong co-marketing components (with financial institutions – retail and commercial); collaborating and negotiating with channel partners in reaching end-users (consumers, institutional clients, small/medium size businesses).
  • Working with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Client Management to design and execute marketing programs, including developing concept/proposal documents, marketing briefs, vendor selection, project budgets, timelines, resourcing, program development and approvals, post-campaign and financial analysis.
  • Managing internal client relationships to ensure effective collaboration in executing programs.
  • Using research, transactional and other data to develop marketing plans and segment strategies for assigned products and channels.
  • Developing research insights that deliver value-add to product strategies and Client Management relationships.
  • Analyzing research findings and program measurements and making recommendations.

Who are you?

  • You have a university degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • You have 7+ years marketing and/or product management experience, including approx. 3 years at manager level.
  • It’s an asset if you have Financial industry experience.  
  • It’s an asset if you have both consumer and B2B experience.
  • Some knowledge of French would be beneficial.
