Our client is a leading corporate law firm located in Toronto's downtown core. This role will report into the Director, Business Development, Marketing & Communications and will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, review and maintenance of all aspects of the firm’s digital marketing platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

Website/Mobile Platforms

  • Day-to-day management, development, review and maintenance of all aspects of the Firm's external website and mobile platforms, including: daily content operations; site design; navigational elements; integration with other marketing systems; analytics; programming; and daily operations
  • Determine opportunities to enhance design, formatting, navigation, marketing, usability and appeal of  corporate website
  • Monitor website content to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information
  • Liaises with members of the Information Technology group and outside agencies/vendors regarding outages, upgrades and performance, and coordinates testing of new services going into production

InterAction CRM and e-Marketing

  • Manages the firm's multi-office CRM deployment, including integration with its e-marketing platform
  • Manages the firm's data standards and change management procedures to ensure high quality client and prospect information
  • Oversees the management and manipulation of client data for marketing related initiatives, including, but not limited to: mail outs, invitations, appointment notices and general announcements

Additional Responsibilities

  • Researches and implements new technology-based marketing initiatives
  • Manages vendor relationships, including web and mobile platform developers, design and related agencies
  • Defines, extracts reports and interprets key metrics in regular marketing dashboard
  • Works closely with members of the Business Development, Marketing & Communications team on other department initiatives

Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required

  • Must have bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field, for example, Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related field. 
  • Minimum 7 years of equivalent working experience.
  • Data driven individual with an ability to interpret data and present results to senior management and business executives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with CRM, content management systems, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools.
  • Candidate must be capable of tailoring even complex messages in consideration of the audience at hand and delivering messages in clear, concise, and unambiguous terms.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel, necessary in the creation of both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
  • Experience in website development, design and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of website production, programming, design, maintenance and testing.
  • Knowledge of W3C standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO fundamentals.
