Our client is a leading mortgage lender in Canada. They are looking for a Digital Acquisition and Partnerships Manager. In this role, You will be responsible for achieving customer growth, developing new channels & partnerships, leading the strategy and roll-out of various performance-driven programs, and collaborating in defining the product marketing strategy. 

Main Activities:

  • Accountability for achieving customer sign-up targets and leveraging all marketing and distribution channels in order to support growth objectives (sign-ups, deposits, etc.)
  • Develop new partnerships and sources of acquisition that are aligned with the brand and product value proposition
  • Oversee, track and maximize on all current performance marketing channels (e.g., search engine marketing, display, etc.) to achieve targeted cost per acquisition goals 
  • Oversee and monitor the prospect journey and develop strategies and programs that showcase our products and their value proposition to both the consumer and broker channels
  • Work closely with the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing and Communications to leverage brand/consumer awareness in order to maximize growth opportunities and ensure a balance between awareness, engagement and acquisition
  • Work closely with the Senior Management team to develop product differentiation and offer strategies that will improve key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, usage rates)
  • Be innovative and challenge the norm with regards to how customers find out about the Bank
  • Understand and collaborate on analytics implementation in order to constantly optimize program performance and be able to communicate marketing ROI to senior management
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities that are constantly being developed and grown to achieve organic acquisition and ad hoc growth targets  

 

Knowledge/Skill Requirements:

  • University or college education in Marketing, Commerce, Business or related experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a client-side or leading agency environment, developing digital sales/acquisition strategies, planning and implementing class-leading business development  and partnership programs that drive clear results
  • Strong experience working on both integrated and independent campaigns that are geared towards building product consideration and adoption
  • Strong knowledge and experience with tracking and quantifying marketing performance across all consumer touch points
  • Passion for digital sales and developing measurable marketing strategies 
  • Ability to conceptualize, develop and build new partnerships that support targets
  • Strong portfolio of hands-on experience working closely with product and marketing colleagues to build a great customer value proposition and product messaging
  • Ability to develop and grow a customer base strategically across various marketing channels and media
  • A thought leader who enjoys collaborating with others to develop new ideas, out-of-the solutions and able to execute these concepts flawlessly
  • Excellent time management, vendor management and organizational skills
  • Strives under pressure and enjoys working towards ambitious targets
  • Strong attention to detail and never satisfied with the status quo
  • Passionate about conversion optimization across all marketing channels and able to leverage data to make changes in order to achieve targeted objectives
  • Strong experience managing acquisition campaigns from strategy to post-launch
  • Experience in analytics and tracking implementation would be a definite asset
