Speaker Information:

Tom Dorgan is a senior executive with over 18 years of experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, with a focus on placing the customer at the center of any marketing initiative. His experience spans several industries, including High-Tech and Retail and Consumer Goods.

As a Group Client Services Director at Harte Hanks, Tom serves as a trusted advisor to key clients in the CPG and Retail world and manages a team of account leaders focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction and growth. Tom has extensive expertise in leading marketing database deployment and enhancement projects, marketing consulting initiatives and leveraging data and analytics to enable his clients to make smarter business decisions. His most recent experience includes helping clients integrate digital and social media with traditional media for a truly omni-channel approach to understanding and engaging with the customer.

Tom has led engagements with some of the world’s preeminent brands, including Johnson & Johnson, Microsoft, Lowe’s Home Improvement and L’Oréal Cosmetics. Tom holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland and a bachelor of arts from Boston College. He lives in Huntersville, NC with his wife and 3 children.
